Prepare a cucumber salad from the cucumber, dill, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil, season to taste and let it steep.
Boil the potatoes into boiled potatoes, drain, but save some of the cooking water. Fry the spring onions briefly in a little oil.
Prepare a mashed potato from the potatoes, spring onions, olive oil and, if necessary, some of the cooking water and, if you like, the bacon, add salt to taste.
Arrange the mash in a ring and place the cucumber salad in the middle.
