Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in their skins and allow to cool. Then peel and cut into slices. Peel the onions and dice them together with the pickles (about twice as many diced cucumbers as onions).
  2. Now mix the mayonnaise, the cucumber and onion cubes and season with salt, pepper and sugar. If necessary, season again (I still add a dash of cucumber water to the mayonnaise). Now simply fold everything under the potatoes and refrigerate until you eat them.
