- Wash and halve the grapes and place in a bowl.
- Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and add to the grapes.
- Lightly salt, pepper and add oregano to taste.
- Add a good dash of olive oil and carefully fold in everything. Let the salad steep and serve chilled.
- A crispy white bread, baguette or ciabatta tastes good with it. I could also imagine the salad as a side dish to Greek meatballs / meatballs.
- I usually do it for celebrations and then do more accordingly.
- You can also prepare the salad with only white or only red grapes.
