Mix the quark, mascarpone and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Crumble the cookies into small pieces, wash the grapes.
Alternately layer grapes, then cream and finally cookies in several layers in a bowl.
Then place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
