Wash, halve and core the grapes. Bring the white wine with the honey and the cinnamon sticks to the boil. Put the grapes in the brew, cover and simmer gently for about 2 minutes and then leave to cool in the brew. Remove the cinnamon sticks, lift out the fruit and let them drain.
Beat the mascarpone with part of the grape stock until smooth. Distribute on dessert bowls and arrange the grapes decoratively on top.
