Ingredients

• 250 g grapes, small ones
• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark
• 250 g whipped cream
• 50 grams of sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 1 packet of biscuit (s), (cookies)

Instructions

1. Pluck the grapes, wash them and place them in a bowl. Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together well.
2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in. Layer this cream on top of the grapes. Chill for about 1 hour.
3. Just before serving, grind the cookies and sprinkle them on the cream.
