- Make syrup: bring the water and sugar to the boil. Add rosemary and bring to the boil briefly.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, set aside and cover and let stand for 1 - 2 hours. Strain the syrup through a sieve and pour into clean bottles.
- For one liter of lemonade, add 100 ml syrup with 600 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and 300 ml mineral water.
- Tip: The syrup can be kept for a few weeks if refrigerated!
