Instructions

  1. Make syrup: bring the water and sugar to the boil. Add rosemary and bring to the boil briefly.
  2. Remove the mixture from the heat, set aside and cover and let stand for 1 - 2 hours. Strain the syrup through a sieve and pour into clean bottles.
  3. For one liter of lemonade, add 100 ml syrup with 600 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and 300 ml mineral water.
  4. Tip: The syrup can be kept for a few weeks if refrigerated!
