Instructions

  1. Wash and puree the grapes thoroughly. Put them in a saucepan with the kiwis and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the preserving sugar and the white wine and let simmer for about 4 minutes.
  2. Pour hot into boiled twist-off glasses. Immediately turn the glasses upside down and let them cool down.
