Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, whipped cream and sugar and stir well. It is best to crumble the amarettini in the pack by pounding them. Halve the grapes.
Layer up in the chalice-shaped glass as follows:
Sprinkle the grapes with a splash of lemon juice, then sprinkle the amarettini with a dash of white wine, top with the mascarpone cream and then dust with cocoa.
