Instructions

  1. Quarter and core the apple, roughly dice or peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone. Clean the chard or spinach. Cut the banana into pieces.
  2. Puree the ingredients with coconut oil, apple juice and 100 ml water in a blender or hand blender. Possibly mix in a little more juice or water.
  3. Pour into two large glasses.
