Instructions

  1. Wash, quarter and core the apples. Grate finely with a grater or a food processor. Mix in a bowl with a little lemon juice, cinnamon, honey and raisins. If the apples taste sweet, you don`t need to add any extra honey. If you would like it more nutritious, you can stir in different nuts or e.g. oat flakes according to your taste.
  2. Healthy and tasty alternative for the typical jam and bread and butter breakfast. Also ideal for in between and for fruit-shy children (and adults).
