Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillets and pat them well.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and herbs and fry for 3-5 minutes. Deglaze with the pizza tomatoes and add the remaining spices. Add tomato paste and capers. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream.
  3. Butter a baking dish, cover the bottom with sauce, place the fish fillets on top and pour the remaining sauce over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. (I usually take 2 types to make it spicier, Parmesan and a spicy Gouda.)
  4. Place in the oven preheated to 200 ° on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
