Any fruit is suitable for this fruit salad. It is best to use fresh fruit. This fruit salad also tastes delicious with a mixture of berries.
Cut the fruit into about one centimeter cubes and place in a bowl or casserole dish. Squeeze the limes and add the juice to the fruit. Chop the basil and place in the tin with the brown sugar.
Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar until stiff and fold in the quark. Add the amaretto to the cream. Distribute the cream quark evenly on the fruit.
Put in the fridge for an hour.
Then chop the cantuccini into crumbs (e.g. in a plastic bag with a rolling pin!) And sprinkle over the fruit salad. Now sprinkle the brittle on top and the gratinated fruit salad with amaretto is ready.
