Instructions

  1. For the minced patties, soak the bread roll in cold water (approx. 10 minutes) and then squeeze it out well. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil.
  2. Put the minced meat with the squeezed bun, onion, garlic, egg, tomato paste and oregano in a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and mix everything together well. Shape eight loaves of equal size with moistened hands.
  3. For the sauce, fry the onion in a little oil, add the mushroom slices and let it simmer a little. Add the tomatoes and their juice and roughly chop. Add the whipped cream, broth, garlic, paprika powder, oregano and sugar, mix everything, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  4. Put the sauce in a baking dish, place the minced patties on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. We prefer to eat mashed potatoes with it.
