Wash the spring onions, shake dry and cut into rings, peel the peaches, if fresh and remove the stone, into small cubes. Season the cream with curry, salt and pepper.
Grease a flat baking dish with butter, place the steaks in a tile-like manner, and spread the spring onions and peach cubes on top. Now pour the curry cream over it and sprinkle the cheese over it.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees circulating air or 250 degrees top / bottom heat. Gratinate the steaks in the oven for 15 minutes.
