Clean the mushrooms, leave whole, cut in half or quarter, depending on the size. Press the garlic through the press. Mix with half of the oil into the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and pour into a baking dish.
Halve tomatoes. Cut the spring onions into pieces. Mix both with the mushrooms, drizzle with wine.
Finely dice the mozzarella. Mix with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, marjoram and remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle over the mushrooms.
Bake at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes.
Crispy white bread and a mixed leaf salad go well with this.
