Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches. Toast toast. Brush each with a little tartar sauce. Top each slice of toast with 2 slices of smoked pork and 1 peach half. Pour the cheese over it. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the cheese has melted. Place 1 teaspoon of cranberries on each toast.
