Cook potatoes in bowl. Then peel, cut off a lid and hollow out. Peel and dice the onion. Dice the bacon.
Roast the onion and bacon in a pan, then add the inside of the potatoes. Add the grated cheese and season everything with salt, pepper, rosemary and parsley. Pour the filling into the potatoes and put the lid back on.
Bake for approx. 15 minutes at 200 ° C in the preheated oven.
Serve either as a side dish or with herbal sauce (made from cream, salt, chives) as a main course.
