  1. Let the fat get hot, then sauté the finely chopped onion in it. Add the sauerkraut with juice and let it stew for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the herb in a mold.
  3. Fry the gyros or doner kebab in the same pan and then add it to the sauerkraut.
  4. Mix the sour cream with the cream with a whisk and spread on the gyros. Finally, put the cheese on top and bake at 200 °, middle rack, for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. We serve white bread with it! Tastes very tasty!
