Spread 1 teaspoon of tartar sauce on each toast. Mix the raw minced meat with salt, pepper and a small chopped onion. Distribute the seasoned minced meat evenly on all toasts and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 175 degrees top / bottom heat (on baking paper and baking sheet).
Remove the tray and cover the toasts with onion rings, tomato slices and cheese slices. Put in the oven for another 10 minutes, but only at 150 degrees, otherwise the toast will be too dark. The cheese must be golden yellow and slightly melted.
