Instructions

  1. Season the turkey fillets with salt and pepper, then fry the meat on all sides over medium heat. Then take it out of the pan and let it cool down.
  2. Peel the small carrots, leave a little green (looks nice later) and wash. Finish cooking in boiling salted water.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with a little salt and pepper, Gouda cheese, egg and the breadcrumbs. Finely chop the parsley and stir in. Then distribute the cheese mixture on the turkey fillets and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes at about 200 ° C.
  4. In the meantime, caramelize the sugar in a pan. Add the fat and stir until the sugar has melted. Swirl the carrots in it.
  5. Heat the hollandaise in a saucepan. Take the meat out of the oven and let it rest for a while (this is a better way to cut it into slices).
  6. Arrange the turkey fillets with the carrots and the sauce on plates and garnish with dill or leftover parsley.
  7. It goes well with croquettes or boiled potatoes and a nice white or rosé wine.
