First wash the turkey schnitzel and pat dry. Then season with salt, pepper and paprika as needed. Fry briefly on both sides in a little oil and then place in a baking dish. Spread the ham slices on top, place the onion rings and sliced tomatoes on top. Cover with slices of cheese (e.g. Edam cheese). Mozzarella or cheese spread are also wonderful.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Vegetable rice and a fresh, crunchy salad are ideal as a side dish.
