Instructions

  1. Dice the potato and onion and sauté in butter - top up with soup.
  2. Add the gray cheese in cubes and cook until the potatoes are soft. Add the cream and mix with a hand blender while it is still hot.
  3. Bring to the boil again and season (if too thin, thicken) Serve with toasted bread cubes. Good luck and have fun cooking!
