Bring the salted water to the boil, bring the broth to a boil.
Liver dumpling:
Mix the liver with the spices (no salt) and egg, add breadcrumbs as required, allow the dough to swell. Shape small round dumplings with wet hands and place in boiling salted water, leave to stand for approx. 8-10 minutes!
Bread dumplings: Whisk eggs with spices, stir in breadcrumbs, let swell a little. Shape with 2 teaspoons of dumplings, place in boiling salted water, let stand for approx. 7 minutes!
Brätklöschen: Fry the bratwursts in portions in the boiling broth and let stand for approx. 5 minutes.
To serve, place the hot meat stock in pre-warmed soup plates or cups, adding an appropriate amount of each dumpling.
