Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips.
Put the vegetables in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt, pepper and paprika and mix with your hands. In addition possibly whole or chopped garlic.
Wash the chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika and place on top of the vegetables. Then for about 90-100 minutes at 200 degrees in the preheated oven. Turn once in between.
You can vary that endlessly with other vegetables, such as zucchini, mushrooms, olives and so on.
