Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Put the eggs in a cup or bowl and whisk with the milk and a pinch of salt. Roughly crumble the feta.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion rings in it until translucent. Add the eggs and let them set for about 3 minutes while stirring. Finally fold in the feta and let it warm up for a short moment.
Place on a plate, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and spread the olives on top.
Tastes best with fresh farmhouse bread for breakfast!
