Cut the iceberg lettuce into wide strips, cut the tomatoes into eighths, chop the bell pepper into strips and the parsley. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Put the feta cubes in a colander and collect the oil.
Mix the parsley with the mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, season to taste and serve with lettuce, vegetables, onion rings and diced feta. Finally add the olives.
