Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut into thick slices and cut them in half. Eighth the tomatoes and halve the eighth. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Mix everything. Cut the onion into fine strips and spread over the salad. Salt and pepper. Cut the sheep`s cheese into thin slices and distribute evenly on the salad. Season with herb pieces for sprinkling (Italian style). Spread the oil over it.
