Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt with the honey in a nice bowl. Now you can add the fruits that you like best. I like to take bananas, various berries and pineapples.
  2. Cut the fruit into small pieces and either serve on top of the yoghurt or mix with the yoghurt. Scatter the nuts and flax seeds on top and serve.
