Wash and clean the pointed cabbage and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Cook the cabbage in salted water for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
Meanwhile, cut the olives, capers, onions and garlic into small pieces. Fry them with the minced meat in a little olive oil.
When the cabbage is done, add to the minced meat and mix. Add the feta and a good dash of olive oil (a good 3 tablespoons). Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
Fry everything briefly and serve hot with fresh bread.
