Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice onions, garlic and carrot. Skin 2 tomatoes (scald them with boiling water and then chill them cold) and also cut into cubes.
  2. Now sauté the onion cubes together with the garlic. Add the diced carrots and fry briefly. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the tomato cubes, sauté briefly and add the tomatoes. Season to taste with spices and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
