Wash the chicken and cut into 6 parts. Peel the potatoes and onions and cut into wedges. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into slices. Squeeze the lemons and mix with the oil, 1 tablespoon thyme and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Rub the chicken with chicken seasoning.
Place the chicken, potatoes and onions on a deep baking sheet and pour the oil and lemon sauce over them. Finally sprinkle with 1 tablespoon thyme again. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
