Prepare a spicy meat dough from the first ingredients up to and including rosemary. Dice the feta.
Shape the dough into about 24 small balls and put a cube of feta into each one as a filling. Cover tightly with meat batter. Put 2-3 balls on a wooden skewer and put in a cool place.
Heat butter in a saucepan, add rice. Pour in the tomatoes, juice and broth, season with salt and pepper and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes.
While the rice is cooking, fry the meat skewers in hot oil for approx. 4 minutes.
