Knead all the dough ingredients. Put 2/3 of them in a greased springform pan (26 cm) and press up the edge. Roll out the remaining part and cut into 1 cm wide strips.
Heat the oil and fry the minced meat in it. Add onion, grated carrots and crushed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and coriander. Pour the vegetable stock on top, season to taste and then distribute the mixture on the dough. Decorate with strips of pastry.
