Chop the onions and garlic cloves very finely. Add to the minced meat together with the eggs. Chop the sheep`s cheese very finely and also add. Season everything with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, marjoram and paprika and mix well. Shape the mixture into approx. 8 dumplings, press flat and fry in a pan for approx. 4 minutes on each side and keep warm.
Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into rings and sauté with the herb butter in a pan for 10 minutes. Pour in some water and pour over the steaks. With baguette and red wine.
Tip: I also like a leek vegetable that is served over the mince steaks.
