Instructions

  1. Put the noodles in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, cut the turkey breast fillet into small strips and season with gyros. Peel and cut the onion. Peel the garlic. Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces.
  3. Then heat the oil in the pan and fry the turkey breast strips in it. Add the onion. Press the garlic through a press and add it as well. Fry everything until crispy. Then add the pepper pieces and fry them (tip: I sometimes leave out the teaspoon of oil - but this is only possible with a really well-coated pan).
  4. Pour off the cooked pasta, add it and mix in everything. Finally, pour the skimmed milk over it and leave it in the pan for a short time so that it gets warm and everything can thicken (tip: if you like it spicier, you can add some gyros spice to the milk). Serve hot.
  5. When I have time, I make a colorful salad with Greek dressing.
