Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves, divide the large cloves if necessary. Cut small pockets all around the meat, put the garlic in them and rub with salt, pepper and paprika. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges (like thick french fries). In a bowl, mix the potato wedges with the pizza tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika and 3 tablespoons of oregano. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Pour an oil level approx. 2 mm high in the drip pan of the oven. Place the prepared meat in the center of the pan. Place the tomato potatoes around it. Dust everything again with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour over the tomatoes that are left in the bowl. Then sprinkle everything with the rest of the oregano. Fry in the oven at the set temperature for about 1.5 hours.
