Instructions

  1. Clean and dice the onions, garlic, chilli peppers and bell peppers.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat in portions. Set the meat aside after frying and fry the prepared vegetables in this saucepan. Add the washed rice, curry, paprika powder and tomato paste and sauté. Deglaze with red wine and let reduce. Then you add the meat again. Then broth, water, gypsy and chili sauce are poured on, oregano and thyme are added. Cover and simmer until the rice is cooked through. Now add peas, cream and processed cheese. Bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Finely dice or crumble the sheep`s cheese. This is then sprinkled over the soup when serving.
