Instructions

  1. Clean, wash or peel the pepper, apple and cucumber and cut into small pieces. Crumble the feta cheese by hand and mix it with the pressed garlic. Mix the rice with the tomato juice, olive oil, salt and sugar as well as the tomato paste, olives and pepper. Let both masses steep for half an hour and then mix together. As a WW recipe (with 9% feta cheese) this has 5 points per person.
