Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and core the cucumber and cut into cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
  2. Let some oil get hot in a pan, then squeeze the garlic. Add pork strips, fry in them and remove. Briefly sauté the cucumber cubes in the remaining frying fat. Mix the flour with a little water in a cup until smooth, add with the water and the Cremefine. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and the Greek spice into the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes at low heat.
