Put the feta cheese with the cream cheese, the pepper pieces and the onions in a bowl. Add olive oil at your own discretion, you don`t need to save with it, as the feta cheese itself is already quite dry.
Add the pepper, chilli peppers and garlic oil (amount to taste). Stir and chop the mixture well so that there are no longer any large pieces of feta cheese. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours and then spread generously on white bread (preferably slices of baguette).
Some prefer to use garlic cloves instead of oil, in which case there should be at least 4 - 6 cloves. If you don`t want to spread the cheese onto the white bread straight away, serve the entire mixture on a board and garnish with peppers / chives.
