Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes cooked in the skin and cut into slices or cubes. Cut the cleaned spring onions into fine rings. Roughly chop the flat-leaf parsley.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix gently with the lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
