Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices, remove the core, then cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and finely dice the garlic. Cut the olives into pieces and then mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Let the salad steep a little.
  4. Just before serving, season with salt and pepper and fold in the diced cheese.
