Instructions

  1. Cook the rice with a little broth according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Salt and pepper the meat and fry in a pan with a little oil. Remove and set aside.
  3. Finely dice the onion and garlic, cut the tomato into pieces.
  4. Sweat both in oil, then add the tomato pieces and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, fry briefly and deglaze with the milk. Take as much milk until the sauce has a nice consistency. Season with sweet paprika and gyros spices. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Finally stir in the crème fraîche - the sauce should no longer boil.
  5. Fold the meat and rice into the sauce.
