Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into pieces, wash and drain in a colander.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent, then add the white cabbage, season with salt and sauté a little.
  3. Mix the tomato paste in a cup of water and add to the cabbage, bring to the boil and then add another cup of water.
  4. When the food starts to boil, add the rice and (if necessary) some salt and let everything simmer on a low heat.
  5. Just before the rice is ready, add the pine nuts, raisins and cinnamon stick. You let everything boil again. Finished!!
