- Cut the cabbage into pieces, wash and drain in a colander.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent, then add the white cabbage, season with salt and sauté a little.
- Mix the tomato paste in a cup of water and add to the cabbage, bring to the boil and then add another cup of water.
- When the food starts to boil, add the rice and (if necessary) some salt and let everything simmer on a low heat.
- Just before the rice is ready, add the pine nuts, raisins and cinnamon stick. You let everything boil again. Finished!!
