Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and vigorously by hand. If pineapple pieces are added, let them drain very well beforehand and pat dry if necessary. If you add almonds, cut them into quarters beforehand.
  2. The cream has to rest in the refrigerator for at least four hours, the lime juice makes it firm.
