Mix the yogurt with the amaretto. If you don`t want alcohol, take orange juice.
Scatter cane sugar on the bottom of the 4 serving glasses. Put a layer of yogurt on top. Keep layering until the yogurt and cane sugar are used up, the top layer should be the cane sugar. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (or overnight) until the sugar has dissolved and the yogurt has permeated like a layer of caramel.
