- Break off the hard ends of the asparagus.
- Dust the asparagus with flour and turn in the egg / water mixture.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds and roll the asparagus in them. The heads should not be breaded.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the Tabasco and the chili peppers.
- Heat the oil in a pan and let the asparagus turn golden and crispy in portions in about 3 minutes. Half of the asparagus should be in the oil.
- Then place on a kitchen towel for liposuction.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve cold or warm with the Tabasco mayonnaise.
