Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, cut the asparagus into small pieces and fry in the oil. Cut the garlic into three parts and crush with a knife. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Halve the tomatoes.
  2. Add the ham cubes (if desired), garlic and onion to the asparagus, season and fry well. If you like, you can also fry a few mushrooms. Add the vinegar, be careful, it can splash! Add the tomatoes and sauté everything briefly on a low heat.
  3. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and place in a large bowl. Cut the feta into cubes and add to the lamb`s lettuce.
  4. Either add the contents of the asparagus pan warm and serve immediately, or let it cool down and then add. Mix everything well.
