Instructions

  1. Clean the asparagus spears and peel the bottom 3-4 cm a little with a peeler. Now cut the asparagus up to the head into small bite-sized pieces. Remove the fresh strawberries from the leaves and cut in half, quarter or eighth depending on the size. Slice the parmesan into wafer-thin slices.
  2. Put the asparagus pieces in a pan with butter and caramelize a little with sugar. Be careful not to let the asparagus get too dark. After about 3 minutes, take the pan off the stove and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. Place in a bowl with the strawberries, sprinkle with the parmesan and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
